VERA PLAYA
The famous naturist town of Vera Playa is located in Southern Spain in the unspoilt province of Almeria and is the largest naturist resort in Spain.
With over 320 days of sunshine each year Vera Playa enjoys the best climate in the entire Mediterrannean. Vera Playa enjoys a non judgemental, open minded community of residents and holidaymakers who love nature and the freedom of not needing to wear clothes.
The 2.5 km stretch of naturist beach can be enjoyed year round, busy in the Summer but you can almost have the beach to yourself in the winter months!
Vera Playa naturist area is made up of 12 nudist urbanisations all situated close to the beach. Our urbanisation, NatSun, is the original naturist complex and is actually located on the beach.... it's impossible to get any closer!
You can find a variety of naturist cafes and bars along the beach and for those who love food the area offers a whole range of restaurants to suit every taste. You will also find some lovely chiringuitos scattered along the beach where you can eat lunch or dinner with your feet in the sand and the sea just metres away. We wi'll be happy to share all our favourite restaurants with you! And for your convenience there is a large Consum supermarket just around the corner with all the essentials.
Almeria is a beautiful and very much unspoilt region of Spain and there's a lot to explore here. Our favourites.... a day in the Cabo de Gata National Park, the beaches here are beyond stunning and the waters are crystal clear or wander the cobbled streets of nearby Mojacar Pueblo, explore the legend of this old pueblo blanco and discover the magic that is hidden in every corner.
