A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable in cash on arrival. The refund is given upon check-out and safe return of keys.

A standard cleaning fee of €30 will be added to each booking.

The apartment is only suitable for up to two people.

Payments can be made via a simple bank transfer.

Check in is between 4pm to 9pm (after 9pm by arrangement only and a small fee will be charged).
Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
If we have no guests arriving/departing on the same day we are very happy to be flexible with check in/check outs otherwise times need to be strict to allow the cleaning team the opportunity
to prepare the property.
